SHIPPING POLICY – CRUNCHY FRUIT BITES

1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or
public holidays.
During busy periods processing times may be extended.

2. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and
order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These
promotions apply only under the stated conditions and may be
changed or removed at any time.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Estimated delivery times:
 NSW: 5-7 business days
 Interstate (VIC, QLD, SA): 7-14 business days
 Remote areas: may take longer
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

4. SHIPPING PROVIDERS
We use trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other courier
services.
Once your order is dispatched, it is handled by the shipping carrier.

5. RISK & RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been dispatched, risk transfers to you.
We are not responsible for:
 Shipping delays
 Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
 Damage caused during transit
 Delivery issues caused by the carrier

6. PRODUCT NATURE (IMPORTANT)
Our products are freeze-dried and:
 Lightweight and fragile
 Sensitive to heat and humidity
 May experience minor breakage during shipping
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
 Some breakage is normal and does not qualify as damage
 Texture may change due to environmental conditions during
shipping

7. HEAT & STORAGE DISCLAIMER

We do not use temperature-controlled shipping.
You acknowledge that:
 Exposure to heat may affect product texture or quality
 We are not responsible for changes caused by heat during
transit or after delivery

8. INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided:
 We are not responsible for lost parcels
 Additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order

9. FAILED DELIVERY / RETURN TO SENDER
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
 Incorrect address
 Failure to collect
 Delivery refusal
You will be required to pay for reshipping.

10. DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives significantly damaged or unusable:
 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
 You must provide:
o Order number

o Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the claim in line with our Refund Policy.

11. LOST PARCELS
If your parcel is lost in transit:
 Contact us and we will assist with a claim through the carrier
 We do not guarantee replacement or refund for lost parcels

12. AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
If you select or allow Authority to Leave (ATL):
 The parcel may be left unattended at your address
 We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery

13. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)
For international orders:
 Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees
 We are not responsible for customs delays or confiscations
