REFUND POLICY – CRUNCHY FRUIT BITES
OVERVIEW
Due to the nature of our products (freeze-dried food), all sales are
final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
This policy complies with your rights under the Australian Consumer
Law.
ELIGIBLE REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS
We will only offer a refund or replacement if:
 You receive the wrong product
 The product arrives damaged or unusable
 The product is faulty or not of acceptable quality
WHAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
 Change of mind
 Incorrect address provided at checkout
 Delays caused by shipping carriers
 Products left unattended after delivery
 Exposure to heat, humidity, or improper storage after delivery
 Natural texture changes (e.g. softening after opening or
exposure to air)
 Minor breakage (freeze-dried products are fragile and some
breakage is expected)
CLAIM REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a claim:
 You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
 You must provide:
o Order number
o Clear photos of the product and packaging
o Description of the issue

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in the claim being
declined.
RESOLUTION
If your claim is approved, we will:
 Replace the product, OR
 Issue a refund (full or partial depending on the issue)
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian
Consumer Law.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
During busy periods processing may take longer.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and
order size.
We may offer free shipping promotions at our discretion.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times:
 NSW: 5-7 business days
 Interstate: 7-14 business days
These are estimates only and not guaranteed.
SHIPPING LIABILITY
Once your order is dispatched, it is in the hands of the carrier (e.g.
Australia Post).
We are not responsible for:
 Shipping delays

 Lost or stolen parcels marked as delivered
 Damage caused during transit
PRODUCT CONDITION DURING SHIPPING
Our products are:
 Lightweight and fragile
 Sensitive to heat and humidity
By purchasing, you acknowledge:
 Some breakage may occur during shipping
 Texture may be affected by environmental conditions
This does not qualify as a fault.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
If you enter an incorrect address:
 We are not responsible for lost deliveries
 Additional shipping costs may apply for resending orders
UNDELIVERED / RETURN TO SENDER
If an order is returned to us due to:
 Incorrect address
 Failure to collect
You will be required to pay for reshipping.
DAMAGED ITEMS IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives significantly damaged:
 Contact us within 48 hours
 Provide photo evidence
We will assess and resolve in line with our Refund Policy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (IF APPLICABLE)
For international shipping:
 Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes
 We are not responsible for customs delays or confiscations
